• Great Food

  Well, I've been to the Jim Thompsons in Brighton and this one on the Kings Road. To be honest, I'm sure they're much the same (food wise), this one just seems more interesting when you're in there.Great food and great cocktails. Find yourself at the Fulham end of the Kings Road before a night out you'd have a safe bet getting some grub here...

• Asian/Thai food in a very nice setting

  I love Jim Thompsons! It's one of the first restaurants I've been to when I moved to London as I was living around the corner, and since then it's a classic! They have very nice Asian food, mainly Thai but with a twist of Vietnamese, Malaysian, etc. And the place is just so nice and cool: it's quite drak, candle light atmosphere, and you are surronded by typical Asian funrniture, all over the places, even hanging from the ceiling! they actually used to seel the furniture in display, so you could have a meal and walk home with a Buddah statue :-) It's on New Kings Road, minutes from Fulam Bway tube station. Highly recommended. They have a garden as well, and the front is actually a pub.
