Brief business description

Help Ethnic Minority Communities to Enter the Workplace

Be part of an exciting new project to train indviduals in ethnic communities and also gain experience in arts training, IT and management to enhance your own job prospects. Run by an EU funded charity based in London, UK, the Ethnic Minority Foundation, Registered Charity No. 1077002.

We're looking for people in London who will:

Work under the direction of a development officer

Women only at this stage

Be fluent in Urdu Punjabi or Bengali

Have good IT skills

Be able to train individuals in CCI skills (art, drama, sports, etc.)

Have experience of working with Muslim/ ethnic minority women

Develop and encourage individuals to take up training and aspire to work in the creative arts industry or become self employed in the arts

Work with 8 individuals over 15 months

A few half days required for group or individual training

Travel expenses will be paid
