  the staff are friendly and helpfull,it is arelaxed atmosphere , but you cant hear when your name is being called out, there are not enough chairs to sit on , the jobs are few and three times less the salary one is accustomed to. most importantly how do the disabled sign on ther are no lifts !! there are only 2 lines 0208 258 4949 or 0208 258 4912 and they are allways engaged.

  Don't know what the plus business is about. Used to spend a lot of time here as a youth trying to get a job. They staff do try and help as much as they kind, but it always seems that only the dead-end jobs are coming up on the computer. Theres very little human contact here anymore as well since nowadays they just direct you to the computers or telephone helpline.
