SBJ Benefit Consultants are an established actuarial, employee benefit and financial planning consultancy within the SBJ Group. We offer independent, objective and professional advice and a range of advisory and administration services to corporate and individual private clients.
SBJ was formed in 1985 and, through the careful employment of experienced and qualified personnel and selective acquisition, has grown steadily into a successful consultancy with offices in London and several regional locations.

We currently have around 300 employees engaged in the provision of advisory and administration services. In addition to our central London office, we currently have offices in Birmingham, Bolton, Bristol, Leatherhead, Reading and Stockport.

Our aim is to establish close working relationships with our clients many of whom regard us as an extension of their team. In this way, we can ensure that the needs and particular problems of our clients are always taken into account when we give advice. Our approach is to employ first rate people to provide a quality of service that sets us apart from our competitors.

Our corporate client base covers a broad spectrum, ranging from relatively small companies to larger plc organisations. For each of our clients we can provide a diversified range of services tailored to meet their individual requirements and needs.

We administer pension schemes over a wide range of benefit structures including final salary, group personal pension and money purchase plus those that offer a combination.
