  Raff's prices are normally less or under the high street competition or public trade outlets but most importantly they know what they are talking about. Items turn up when they say they will, and they're the right ones. And if you have an after sales problem Lee will sort it out.

• Nothing too much trouble

  I' ve been buying my appliances from Raff for years. Great value, great service. Delivery within days. Machine received damaged? it's exchanged immediately...no questions asked. This is how a local business should be.

• rare and wonderful service from raff

  I don't think I have ever come across anyone quite as helpful as the staff at Raff in Barnes; following a house fire when I needed to get information on my old washing machine for insurance purposes, the proprietor actually went downstairs to check which one would be the most smilar model to the one I had bought ten years previously, and which was still fully fnctioning at the time of the fire. The shop is a delight and the staff are fantastic. I will never go anywhere else again.
