Customer dis-service
Having phoned for a quote, not only did it take a day for them to respond, but this company's representative was rude and patronising on the phone. They are unhelpful, assertive to the point of aggression, and even hung up the telephone connection when questioned about their customer service... I certainly wont be trusting my house keys to people like this. Be warned!
