Atmosphere gone down hill

A month or 2 ago Charlies' was our favourite italian place with great food and atmosphere. Tonight we walked out without ordering because the lights were turned up so bright it felt like an interrogation room and the music was a cheesy clashy number that was playing way too loud. We didn't get to find out if the food was still as good.
