Don't go near this company, the hair that they use in their systems is of very poor quality and looks and feels very cheap and nasty, NOT AT ALL NATURAL. I ordered two systems and would be too embarassed to wear them even to put my bins out!!!!!! KEEP AWAY!!!!!

I am very surprised at the above experiences as White Cliffs has been very good to me. I cannot help but wonder why your system does not stick, but it is not the fault of white Cliffs and its hair system but the glue you are using. Did you go in and try and find a better-sticking glue? Surely, there must have been many more to try till you find the right one. Why on earth would anyone having trouble with their hair system staying on go sailing in the first place?? And swimming??? Of course an unsecured hairpiece will pull away, the front will lift... and it will get torn. In my opinion this was plain silly and your own fault. I have been an alopecia client for 3 years with White Cliffs and they have been very kind and wonderful to me. I had a glue allergy and they quickly worked with me to try and fix it. I was patient and after 2 weeks of trying several glues and tapes found one that has been wonderful called dover tape-it is specially made for them and I suggest you try it. It has changed my life! Their warranty is wonderful... have you tried using it? Most/all other place like Advanced and Farrell (a horrible company) have NOTHING in writing, never mind a programme for warranty that they actually advertise. In my opinion, White Cliffs has been wonderful.

Although White Cliffs are not he worst company for hair systems, they certainly are nowhere near the best. The systems do look good at the beginning however do lose hair very quickly and are very undurable. The company will tell you that the sytems will last up to 3 years however this is a blatant lie. In the two months I was there I had to purchase 2 systems. The staff are very unresponsive and business orientated rather than sympathetic to the needs of the customer. I was a customer for more than 8 months and have now found a better smaller company (Total Hair Loss Solutions) who are a massive improvement on White Cliffs. The systems are better and so is the customer service. I recommend to do thorough research before embarking upon hair replacement as there are many companies who are a complete rip off.
Hi, I am also experiencing difficulties with Whitecliffs at the moment. I purchased a hairpiece a week before my holiday. I am currently in Germany sailing. I had problems with the hairpiece sticking to my head from the beginning and then 4 days into my holiday I went swimming and the hairpiece ripped!!!!!!!!! I then ended up driving around bald desperatly trying to find a wig shop. And like Clare I too had a very cold and unsympathetic response from 2 of the partners of the company. I am desperatly fighting for a full refund but they have told me to get my solicitor to write them a letter as a refund is not very likely. I can only warn fellow alopecia sufferes about this company, they promise you the world but in my opinion they don't deliver.
I would not recommend this company. I have extreme alopecia and went there after being promised a product which would disguise it and they made out they understood. It took over four months to arrive and when it did all the hair fell out and I was offered no sympathy whatsover. I have since discovered others in my position on the alopecia forums who have had a bad experience here too
