GSF stands not only for German, Swedish and French but also for quality, in these lean times we are all looking to save money however we still demand quality and value. When it comes to maintaining what is for most of us the second most expensive item we purchase one must ensure that the work is carried out correctly and to budget thats where GSF comes in, we maintain all vehicles to manufactures recommendations with original or quality pattern parts depending on the clients requirements, all of our technicians are factory trained from Aston Martin, Bentley, Mercedes Benz, Porsche, Renault, Citroen, Volvo & Saab, we use the latest diagnostic systems and can identify and correct software faults. We undertake all types of mechanical and Bodywork repairs along with Restoration Projects, some of which can be seen in our workshops. We also offer an Alloy Wheel & Tyre service along with the latest four wheel alignment systems.

We are a friendly and reliable garage which delivers main dealer service and professionalism with out the expense. As members of the Good Garage Scheme, we service your car to an industry standard using our 50 point check list of which we give a copy to our customers. We also use a special fuel, engine and emissions treatment when servicing customers cars, work is also priced up and quoted to customers before being carried out, and customers are regularly given updates during the repair of their vehicle

  After about 15 attempts to get hold of him, and being told 'he will ring back' I have gone to another garage and they have lost themself a valid customer. The receptionist is beautiful though! Someone get her number for me please.

  Huge thanks to Mateen and Ash. I recently bought an Audi A4 from GSF. To cut a long story short, the car had problems. Whilst the Audi garages had done all the work, they were quick to claim 'no legal fault' even though 2 failed attempts at changing the Turbocharger had left the car in a poor state of health. Despite having no warranty, GSF took the car back and I have swapped it for a BMW 6 series which is a great match for us.

  Being a girl I was not sure on my car service prices for my mini cooper. I had been to many garages and had received main dealer quotes, I was then recommended by a friend to use GSF Motor Works. I rang GSF Motor Works and spoke to a girl who was pleasant and assured me that they would do a check first and ring me with a quote. This is exactly what they did and to my surprise they also worked to my budget. My car was spotless and the customer service was exceptional! I would definitely recommend to all my friends.

  I usually get my VW polo fixed in Suffolk where it was born and has a full service history. A broken road spring meant I couldnt drive that far to get it fixed. GSF gave me a competitive quote and stuck with it, they called me back to ensure the time and date was fixed, they answered all my questions, I was treated with respect and being a female felt they were approachable and professional and good to deal with. The mend job was great, the car was polished to within an inch when I received it back (maybe for 1st time customers) and I will definitely go back to them to get more repairs done. Highly recommended. The guys there are great - thank you!

  GSF are a good garage, and whilst they might not be the cheapest £65 per hour they are a professional outfit, Mercedes wer going to charge me £125 per hour. Had full service and took advantage of their free MOT

  I had a problem with the soft top for my bmw 330ci and before going to GSF I got few quotations from other garages. I was impressed by the efficiency and quality of the work. I was also charged less than the quotations from the other garages. Thumbs up

  I took my car for MOT and I was only charged £29 for it. I waited in a comfortable waiting area for the customers with which had a TV and power connection for my laptop. Great service.

  I took my car to GSF motor works, staff are very friendly there is no time wasting, my M.O.T was done there and then and their waiting area is quite nice, also the repairs and price were very reasonable.

  I had my Mercedes diagnosed by the main dealer; they quoted me £2000+ to carry out repairs. I was then recommended by a friend to GSF motor works, I then took my car to them and they carried out the repair I was astonished at the level of service and work and I only paid half the price. Highly recommend this fantastic garage and great staff.

  I took my car down for Servicing at Mercedes for past 7 years and on average was paying around £1300 each time. A friend at work suggested GSF and I tried them and my bill was £750. They oinly change what needed to be done, hence the saving. My car was given back clean inside and outside. The owner Mateen was very friendly and even managed to sell my daughter's car. Would use again.

  I sent my car in for diagnostics, I was told i could have the car returned to me at my workplace. I decided not to progress with the repairs recommended, and was told it would cost me £30 to have the car returned to me a cost of which I was not initially informed of. When my car was returned to me, the wheel hub fittings and front grill was not replcaed, i had to return the car again to have this replaced, it was not replaced properly so had to go somewhere else to get it fixed. A big waste of my time. Staff very friendly, but not especially efficient.
