    They carried out a loft conversion next door to me. They cut completely tthrough the party wall in 3 places to install 3 steel beams. They disposed of all the bricks into my roofspace and left the beams exposed on my side of the party wall. The flashing on the side of the dormer window was just felt sheet dressed over the party wall coping. Their work has been failed by Greenwich Building Control
