Awful organisation

Lucky Helen M!! I made appointment for sweep and survey. Sweep team were very efficient. Surveyor came following day and gave advice and estimate of installation time (over 2 weeks before Christmas), waited for call back to confirm prices. Member of sales team then callled back and told me installation 10 days later than original estimate but still before Christmas. Phoned back on following day with credit card to pay for the entire job. Told it would not be possible to install until I had a proper survey. They no longer had a record of original survey. They also said that nothing was possible this side of Christmas. Told them I had spoken to two different people, that a surveyor had visited and gave them full details. They told me they would call back. Days have passed, still awaiting call back, so have now gone to other suppliers. A complete waste of time.

Really happy with my new fireplace, just in time for Christmas, and the service was exceptional. Highly recommended!
