I used Ecourier as I liked the idea of being able to watch my parcel travel from A to B in real time. It went wrong right from the begining when a extremly fast speaking, common sounding individual took my call, but seemed to be in a hurry to get me off the phone. I needed a parcel bike quickly, but unbeknown to me at the time, their riders were busy having a strike over being paid peanuts. Had I known this when I requested the bike I would have used a more competent company to deliver the surprise football tickets to my friend on time - the deadline was missed by nearly 3 hours. My buddie never got to see the game, ecourier offered me a 50% refund (£7.50) as a gesture of good will. I told them if thats the best they can do then I will let others know.. They said I am free to do what I like. What a disgrace.
