Employment law advice and representation. All types of matters dealt with (both contentious and non-contentious) including compromise and termination agreements. Fee structures very flexible and 'no win no fee' arrangements available in appropriate cases. Also, preparation of contracts of employment and procedures (both disciplinary, grievance and dismissal). The firm acts for both employer and employee clients. Breach of contract claims also dealt with (High Court or County Court) and restrictive covenant issues / claims. Good access to experts and counsel (barristers) if required.
