  Read other reviews about Well Groomed Formal Hire and have to say - they certainly live up to their good reputation. I guess we all have bad experiences, but I have to say, the guys at Well Groomed really looked after me and my wedding party. Great range of Asian suits for my traditional wedding and for the registry, they helped pick some lovekly waistcoats. PIcs on their way guys. Thanks again.

  Initial good service to get my business, Well Groomed Formal Hire are willing to go to warehouse and bring stock in and of course seems like an honest service and chris at Well Groomed Formal Hire being a nice person. BUT... Well Groomed Formal Hire promised garment a day before I needed it latest, Well Groomed Formal Hire did not deliver and I asked for a refund cheque because Well Groomed Formal Hire didn’t come through as promised with garment, Well Groomed Formal Hire agreed but no cheque refund arrived after 10 days as agreed, then 30 days later I called and Chris at Well Groomed Formal Hire acts bemused that refund was not given, Chris at Well Groomed Formal Hire said he would send one right away, I gave Well Groomed Formal Hire benefit of doubt. Another 10 days I had to call, once again Chris at Well Groomed Formal Hire is bemused and says "oh they didn’t send it out to you", who is they, chris at Well Groomed Formal Hire is the owner. Once again he says he will get one sent out. Another 10 days pass and nothing, same conversation and the wait carries on....
