14 Ravenscourt Place,
i got a quote for new fork legs on my zx6r from there head mechanic steven. He seemed nice enough and gave me a quote for £250,300. wich i thought was pretty good,as i was going on holiday so left it for 2 weeks. I then arranged for the work to be done, dropped my bike off and was told it would be a couple of days. a phone call the folowing day to tell me the forks were out of stock and would take a week to comei thought fair enough.A week passed and i phoned hexagon to ask about my bike and was told it would be ready the following day.later that day i recieved call from steven@ hexagon telling me that the wrong forks had been deliverd but they would be there next day am and that fork oil had ruined my brake pads and they needed changing and as the mot was due if he could put it through for me i also enquried about how muchit was now going to cost and was told about £400. i phoned the next day and was told to collect it at 5.30pm,when i got there steven handed me the bill with a smile on his face. the final bill was now £772.94p..even though no extra work had been done apart from forks and pads. After some serious moaning and telling them about the quotes they had given me,i managed to get the bil down to £517 but feel totaly robbed and they wernt even wearing mask. so please be warned about hexagon motorcycles as they may do the same to you...
