    Customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Delivery times not meet, no apology given, any defects on doors viewed as customer being too picky!!! Advisable to use timber merchants, better service and savings.

    We took in a design for door glass and it was faithfully and beautifully copied with intricate leading. The modern hard wood door was reasonably priced and the delivery arrived in the evening. Brilliant. So do not be put off by the rather casual way that they answer the phone - they are masters of their craft.
