    1) Helpful, knowledgeable, staff (unlike the closest competitor, ahem): they are trying to make a living, but certainly don't push products on me, and are honest. They offer holistic advice that doesn't depend on the contents of the store that day. 2) Are willing to try and get products that they don't stock: while this may not be true across the board, I can get my Aubrey Organics conditioners ordered in at no extra cost 3) They sell reasonably priced goats' milk products, have an extensive beauty range and generally don't just cater to bodybuilders.
