I arranged for an 'aspect' plumber to come to my house to repair my toilet and install my dishwasher. I had to make special arrangements to come home from work early, and as a teacher this is never easy! I moved all of the white goods in the kitchen so he could get to the plumbing easily and cleared the cupboard under the sink to make things as quick and easy as possible, as they charge by the hour and us teachers don't get paid enough to pay £82 x2!! when i phoned to ask where the plumber was, i was passed between three different advisors, one of whom eventually contacted the plumber and esablished that he was not going to make it at all, because he got held up at another job. Having now read other customers dissatisfied reviews of this company I am starting to think i had a lucky escape!

I called these people out to repair a boiler. The engineer gave his diagnosis. Didn't have the part so arranged for someone else to come back and do the job. No one turned up. Company said nobody made appointment. When someone did eventaully appear they reapired the boiler.......or so we thought. Problem still persists. Called them again. Now they say it is a different problem but deny gave wrong diagnosis. Want to charge again for coming out = £85+ vat. Their attitude- customer always wrong. Customer services joke.
