  • Builder Depot Poor service and long waiting time in the counter!

    generally most of the Builder Depot guys have fun, counter salesman's dont know the products names, waiting time in the counter is approx. 20-30 min - too long. The worst one is guy who do all cutting sheets - "red face" is the slowest guy I EVER seen! He need 15 minutes to cut 1 sheet MDF - the best. The only precious guys are security guys on the OUT gate - very reliable and with high respect to the customers.

  • Builder Depot Customer Service

    I am so dissapointed with the customer service of the New Southgate branch. We recently moved our trade account from other supplier because of the distance and end up spending 27 minutes to talk to someone and that person tried to put us through the right department I am still on the phone and no one is answering. I am now considering to go back to my previous supplier, at least when I make any enquiry I talk to someone and they are not rude. I suppose spending between 7-9k every month doesnt make us good customer, they do not even bother to answer our call. Thanks any way
