I called SE Services as my cooker had broken down. I found staff friendly and helpful, they even advised that according to my fault description it was my element that was causing the problem. They preordered the part and took partial labour fee, within 2 days they called me and adv that i could have engineer in a couple of days and booked it in as a first call. Engineer turned up with part, was very friendly and professional and fixed my cooker. Very satisfied overall

Se Services was recommended to me by a neighbour, who helped me out when my fridge freezer broke down. I got an appointment within 2 days, and although I then had to wait while some parts were ordered, I was texted when they arrived, which I found very helpful. I booked another appointment, and 3 days later my appliance was back up and running normally. Many thanks to all the friendly staff at SE Services and to my neighbour for helping me out by recommending them. I love the fridge magnet they gave me, now I will have their number next time I have a breakdown :)

We own a Smeg DF614SS Dishwasher. The appliance started to go faulty in August of last year. Taking the advise of Smeg service centre we contacted SE Services Ltd to attend our property to repair the dishwasher. My partner paid SE Services the £60.00 they charge and was told by the engineer that the 3 circuit boards inside the machine needed to be replaced were required to complete the repair, this was despite the fact that the engineer did not look inside of the machine; however the engineer advised that they would return with the parts and the labour to fit them would be covered by the initial £60.00. Over the past 8 months we have been contacting SE Services on a regular basis only to be told by them, in a very terse and unhelpful manner, that Smeg did not have the 3 circuit boards parts in stock but that these would be available 'soon', undoubtably SE Services have no intention to effect a repair and their service is lamentable. We find the behaviour of SE Services over the past 8 months totally despicable and feel quite strongly that they have just taken money, without providing a service, and run away. The fact that Smeg, a reputable company, should endorse SE Services on their service site is misleading and questionable as they offer nothing in the way of service to their customers - not something to be recommended.

I've been waiting over 6 weeks for a part to come in for my washer/dryer, and yes still waiting, and no timescale as to how much longer it will take.
