Hair disaster at Independent Mind Body Soul
I had a terrible experience at this salon. My hair was ruined by an inept colourist that left patches of bleach all over my hair. The attitude of the salon was appalling: when I complained I was treated as if I was in the wrong; the managers attitude was defensive and she didn't feel the need to apologise. Having looked online at other review sites I see this isn't the first time this kind of 'accident' has happened at this salon. I can't stress enough to avoid this salon - all in all it has been a really upsetting experience.
