Appalling service so far...

I would really like to hear from Sophia as I too am having quite a nightmare with this company. Paid a substantial amount for some french windows. They failed to call me the day before the fitting to let me know the glass hadn't arrived and wouldn't be able to fit them on the scheduled date. I managed to get �£50 off from Richard and an assurance that the best steps and standards would be taking in the fitting. On the day it took hours for the fitting of just the frame as Derek the part owner and surveyor didn't measure them properly. The fitter did a fair fitting job with the poor materials. The beading was poor quality and there gaps which I've had to try and fill to make good and the actual door beadings were all wonky when fitted, the solution at Derek's demand was putting a nail and hammer through it to straighten them. The finish wasn't great and we haven't been really that happy with them since in all truthfulness but now the doors are leaking through the beading less than 2 weeks after fitting??!?!! Unbelievable! I've been unable to reach either Derek or Richard to come round and inspect. Sounds like I'm going to have the same trouble. Appalling service and wouldn't recommend them at all!!

What a shambles!

I ordered this door through Richard, part owner of the company. Paid alot for what I expected to be a great service - how wrong was I. First of all the wrong paint came with the door, then the guy did a sloppy job on the door, ruining the fittings in the process. I've been argued with on the phone by the owner - Derek plus various members of staff. They DO NOT know how to conduct a proper business and do not accept responsibility for their actions and insist that I am at fault?! This is still ongoing....I would advice anybody to go elsewhere as this company just want to take your money and then wash your hands off you. I am in the process of contacting trading standards and my local paper as this business is a joke.

Good value for money great service

I found the service friendly and great value for money Their work was very thorough, and these tradesmen clean up after themselves which is very hard to find. I would recommend them, to everyone

Don't touch this lot

I placed an order for a door and they have failed to deliver. 14 days after the agreed delivery date, there is still no sign of the door. The didn't bother to tell us the door wouldn't be available for collection on the agreed date, so our builder went along to the shop expecting to collect the door. As a consequence we've incurred extra charges from our builder. I can't even get the manager to return my call to discuss their clear breach on contract. In my opinion they are a bunch of cowboys and I'd advise others not to go anywhere near this firm.
