  I was extremely happy with the service I got from Dawes. And would like to thank Richard, Derek and Ian for orgainsing and fitting the door so beautifully. I never knew a door to close to snugly and quietly before.it glides shut like silk and it looks beautiful.

• Great Bargain

  The only thing better than door finish was the price we got a good spring deal. We found the sales gentleman easy to talk to and we were able to haggle a good bargain.

  We were recommended and they didnt dissappoint. Plus we visited their showroom on Sunday which meant I could bring my partner along to help choose the right door. And the door look fab.

• Good service well recieved

  We needed a door and received a great service I guess youi can't please them all. Sorry to hea about your exoperience but we've just come through the worst recesiion in histroy and they;re still in business, af I had a bad experience with a door company who took my deposit and never delivered the goods and I am still trying to retrieve the moneys back today : ( Good luck

• Don't touch this lot

  I placed an order for a door and they have failed to deliver. 14 days after the agreed delivery date, there is still no sign of the door. The didn't bother to tell us the door wouldn't be available for collection on the agreed date, so our builder went along to the shop expecting to collect the door. As a consequence we've incurred extra charges from our builder. I can't even get the manager to return my call to discuss their clear breach on contract. In my opinion they are a bunch of cowboys and I'd advise others not to go anywhere near this firm.
