• fantastic!

  toni and guy always seem to be expanding and creating the latest look, they achive funky catwalk hair aswel as the traditional glamorous girly hair. they are constantly improving and teach their junior staf to a very high level. they belive their job is a pasion aswel as a job. thier coustomer service was briliant and they take in what the client asks for as wel as making sure they are up to date with the fashion. i found that the stylist new very much about the hair and when quized on thier termanoligy their reaction was outstanding, this makes a client feel coumftable and safe to trust them with your hair.

  awful ........ I went to them with my hair much better it had highlights but when i left was totally ruin.... I believed the control to students has been deteriorate. the student who did my high lights according to her teacher, she was senior, ..but if a senior students are like her tony and guy would go down quickly .. she let time passed, making my two color highlights same color, that it was too yellow , she had to use twice toner to lower the yellow color making my hair to dry with and no highlights. No good hairdresser wanted to touch my hair as they told me if done it would break my hair and cost money in vain . now after 5weeks i would go to another place to finally to do my hair the proper way but by now my hair is like broom. month ago i went alos tony and guy to cut my hairs this time my happen same thing ... lack of control and the student felt offended when I told her that one side was longer then the other. she was chewing gum and talking to another person paying no attention to what she doing. i would NOT recomended anyone to go there unless one read recently favorable reports otherwise i told my friends no to go.
