  I ordered a cot bed for my baby (worth 650 pounds) and was given a 6 to 8 weeks time frame for the delivery. Despite calling regularly to make sure they would deliver the bed on time, and despite being assured it would be so, the cot arrived 5 weeks late, ie it took them 13 weeks to deliver instead of 6 to 8. That means I had my baby before the bed and that I had to buy another crib for my baby to use in the meantime. They never followed-up with their supplier in Belgium, they did not give a damn about the situation, kept on loosing my contact details, never calling me back, suggesting I should contact their supplier myself directly to find out what was going on and when the bed would be ready. Not only did they 1-lie on the delivery date ensuring me it would be ready several times whilst not following-up with their supplier whether this was true 2-consistently never returned my calls 3-never cared about not meeting any deadline or commitment, but they openly did not give a damn about it all, trying to let me sorting this out myself with their supplier... saying "we are late, we are sorry, so what?". Just avoid these people.
