Took my bicycle to be serviced there today. Very good customer service at a very reasonable price. My bike was fixed with 1 hour. I would definitely go back!

I went to Holloway Cycles to get rear v-brake mechanism sorted - it had rusted up over the winter. They said they wouldn't be able to do it for a week and it would cost me £60 for them to fir a new one. Thinking this was a bit much I went to Finsbury Cycles who dismantled and greased the existing part while I waited and charged me £11. I know where I'll be going back to.

Finsbury Cycles have never had a complaint like this before. We fully service and inspect our bikes before being sold to ensure the customer is happy. Please bring your bike back into the store for a full inspection.

I'm really annoyed. They sold me a new bike 3 months ago and it's been nothing but trouble (screws falling out, brakes and gears really dodgy, chain broken), so I'm going to try and get my money back but I won't be buying anything else from them.

Personally I think they are brillaint. Always on hand to answer questions with a smile and helpful assistance. They are okay on price, and will listen to your request so that you don't overspend. the services are good and they contact you if there are major problems concerning the bike.
