Everything about streetcar is taylored to make things easy for you. You book online upto 60secs before you pick the car up, just turn up at the car with your smartcard and away you go. Use a fuel card to pay for fuel and and the first 30miles are included in the price of the rental. Remember to be a considerate streetcar-er though, there are penalties for returning the car late, leaving the lights on, not leaving enough fuel and a host of other things..

I picked up a car for the easter weekend, really slick service, great car only 1000 miles on the clock. Will be using again. The best aspects is that you can book for a really short time period and that you dont have to fill out lots of paperwork everytime you hire. Highly recommended.

If like me you live in central London and rarely use a car, but sometimes just need one to go to the supermarket or DIY shop, or even away for the weekend, Streetcar is for you. It's simple to set up, lots of cars will be local to where you are and you can hire them for as little as half an hour. I sold my car years ago as it cost a fortune to have it sitting on the street, hardly ever being used, now I have a car when I need it for a fraction of the price and hassle. They also have some vans for hire so they are also ideal for when you move!!

This is the best car hire firm I have ever come across. They're convenient, local and very efficient. No forms to fill out and very friendly staff. You can book over the phone or online and just go to the nearest car and drive away. It's that simple.
