Spent 8 weeks so far trying to obtain a refund for goods ordered and not received. Initial order delivered later than advised, was not complete and two items were not as ordered. Despite repeated assurances that it had been dispatched, replacement of missing item took two weeks and was also not what I had ordered. Told I could have replacements for the 3 incorrect items only if I paid again which would then be immediately credited to my payment card. Assured that refund for items not received had been authorised on 3rd Aug 07 but was told, after I once again contacted them on 9th Aug, that there had been a problem and it had not been processed – still waiting. Countless phone calls and waiting in for deliveries that had not been dispatched. Be wary if asked to place part of your order online and the rest by telephone to a member of staff. Status IT are a big concern so I am told by them, but they certainly haven’t got where they are through their customer support services.
