This amateur outfit arrived much later than agreed at our house to fix our bathroom ceiling lights. The 'electrician' smashed our glass basin accidentally. OK these things happen. However, the story started to change rapidly and thus I explained that I would be happy to pay once the basin was repaired. The 'electrician' then ripped out all the lights and left us without assistance over the Christmas period It has been over 14 days since I contacted the 'management' about this incident. Other than an apology and a vague promise, I have not received any specific assurance when and how this matter is going to get resolved. Good customer care this is certainly not.
