Terrible service for landlords and tenants they swore at me

I am a landlord. I placed several properties with them over 4years. Sadly their service has deteriorated every year, with no room to resolve any issues. They refuse to listen and I have needed to take them to court. My tenants are on my side and have written complaint letters. Poor admin procedures, incorrect reports, failure to maintain properties, lost keys, lost inventories, they took months to complete a tenancy agreement. Please avoid them if you are letting or a tenant. They verbally abused us and swore at us as we challenged their service levels. Ironic because they say they are “the friendliest letting agency!”

Avoid Duck and Hedges

Incompetent and rude in nearly every way possible. Worst possible rental agents I have ever come into contact with. Appalling management of properties with issues not resolved until you call multiple times.
