  The shop looks small, but you will be amazed by exactly what you can find in one place. if they don't have in stock, they will source it. They actually know what they are talking about too, rather than asking someone in one of the biggere stores who very rarely have any idea what you are looking for or want. Lastly, and most importantly to most people, they are cheap and you can always haggle

  Price is cheap compared to other merchants. Have brilliant variety of Iron Mongery for windows. Only disappointment is that the service is very slow, but like they say, they good things are worth waiting for.
