Return Of Log Book
I needed a short term loan fast so approached log book loans. The company arranged the loan and 8 weeks later on 16th December 2005 I paid the loan in full. It is now 18th January 2006 and despite numerous emails and phone calls to the company I have still not had my log book returned. They say it was sent to me on 20th December but cannot or will not prove to me that it was sent. I now wish to upgrade my car but cannot without the log book. I would never deal with this company again
