Many gardeners just chop off the green growth but not honestly remove the complete root. I know how to deal with plant disease. I have an excellent knowledge of where plants grow, what is the right place to plant them in. I also like to have dialogue with residents and business workers alike, in order to tailor my services to peoples needs. I am also good at the business side; dealing with customers requests efficiently, office work-book keeping, purchasing, sales, invoicing and the rare customer complaint.
