to be honest in the begin i didnt wanted to camplain but after all i decided to do it. I was few weeks taking my friend away on his journey home from the victoria coach terminal. On the arrival i became thirsty so i decided to buy a bottle of water.. So I went to this shop picking up a bottle of water and went straight to the checkout to pay for it. As i handle over a £20 note to pay for it the cashier started a tirade of insults.. citing why is everybody paying with high notes and why no one cares... she had a scottish accent and was very unfriendly... i was so shocked someone can be so abusing that i just took the change and made my way before i calmed down on my way out.... i stoped returned to the checkout and said to the lady that thet was the worst shopping experience in my life and i demanded the recipe... which i got after my second request.... jesus... I still believe she thought just because i am foreign i will never say something to her.. but to be honest i really wanted to send an official complain.. what a shame the company doesnt have an email adress... anyway i am just trying here to share my thoughs... have a good day
