Service, what service?

When my mate tried to get help on repairing or replacing a faulty (in warranty) phone purchased from another Orange store in town, the people in the store fobbed us off so quick, we could almost see the tumbleweed rolling across the showroom. Useless, rude and keen to offer some ridiculously unorthodox adivce, such as a member of staff demanding to take the handset 'home' so he could play with it, the service in this store was horrendous.

Store service

Although I bought my phone from a different Orange store the staff here were more than willing to help and got my fault fixed really quickly! Its a compact little store so its not too daunting to pop in and ask for their help... being as i've just changed providers its quite handy knowing they're around the corner and happy to help an old fool like me! I'd definately recommend, but only hope for their sake I dont have too many problems with my new phone as they'll know me by name before too long...
