    These people are crooks. They were hired to fix dry rot in my flat. Fair enough, a price was agreed, they ripped upo the floor and sprayed chemicals then said they needed the second payment installment money up front for materials to make good. They promptly vanished with the money after lulling us in with a lot of talk. Not only this, they continued to lie to us for 2 months saying, "yeah, tomorrow", "yeah, we're waiting for a plumber". They smashed up our house, robbed us, then lied to us. I have since checked their company numbers and accreditations - all of which are false. DO NOT BE AS STUPID AS WE WERE and stay well clear.
