  • Cycle King crap repair service

    I put my bike in for service and repairs on 05/03/07. Was told bike would be road tested, picked it up 5 1/2 hours later, rode off , loud knocking noise was coming from the rear wheel. Couldn't return as i had an urgent appointment. Didn't get a chance to go back. Two weeks later pedal and arm fell off almost crashed. Brought bike back in, asked had it been road tested, manager avoided answer. He fixed pedal back on and asked to bring bike back in after the weekend. Bike was then supposedly repaired, i was told by manager that something was wrong with free wheel and 'to bear with it'. Rode away from bike shop with knocking noise still coming from rear wheel. Two months later two replacement spokes in back wheel have broken. Don't use their repair service.
