They are a waste of time and money
CityLink is the worst ever !!! Every time that i had a parcel to be delivered by them a problem encountered. Sometimes for a next day delivery I had to wait a week or two!! But what happened today is outrages. I ordered last night by Amazon prime delivery and citylink meant to deliver it today. I go on the website and it says the parcel is successfully delivered!!!!!!!!!!!! Then who signed for it ? An "abdullah" name signed it. First my name is not Abdullah, second none of my neighbours name is abdullah !then to whom citylink delivered my parcel??? hmmmmm... big question . They are a waste of time and money... will never ever recommend them to anyone.
