Inconsistent quality
The food is sometimes very good when i go in, but on occasion it seems they let standards slip. Once I ordered a char grilled chicken sanwich, which arrived as overcooked chicken pieces and wilted salad in a baguette. Due to this lack of constant quality I can't recommend it that highly.
