Avoid like the plague, these people not only broke some jewellery i had in while I pawned it. They overcharged me on Interest. I tried asking for the manager, and the young lady in there told me to leave or she would call the police. I called the police and they said to contact the C.A.B. I called head office and I spoke to a director, who after refusing to help me whispered "tosser" under his breath as he replaced the handset. I agree with Richard, I am never shopping at one of these stores again!

Out of all the Fish Bros branches I've been to this is by far the worst, and staff don't seem to know what they are doing & I think they've never heard the saying "The customer is always right". Staff were messing about & sitting on the back counters, truly unprofessional. And to add insult to injury, to charge me £10 for a repair, while another customer near me with the same 9ct type/style/lengh got charged only £4. As a black man myself I felt that I was being treated differently & unfairly compared to other customers, the door lock seem to be put on as soon as I entered the shop.
