  • San Miguel's Arriba San Miguel!

    I had come to this restaurant nearly 8 years ago and was a little difficult to find it again. It is a hidden, unpretentious and delicious tapas bar in Battersea/Wandsworth. It's locations doesn't do it any favors, however, if you do manage to get tehre, it is worth the excursion. Basically, look for the Battersea heliport, then go towards the riverwalk (behind the VW showroom on York Road) and there it is! I suspect the place will become busier once the developments around it are finished, however, as it was quite when i went, got talking to the manager (from Galicia) who explained there maybe some salsa lesson in the summer... watch this space!
