I was sold faulty electrical goods by this shop. I went to return the product armed with receipt and consumer rights, and I was accused of lying and not given a replacement, as per my rights. There's only so long a company can continue without treating customers with respect. Be sure to buy hair products from those people who know about hair and beauty, and treat all customers, no matter what their background, with a good deal of respect.
