  • 2 Absolutely disgusting service - stay well away!

    Do not go anywhere near this place if you care about your garments. Somehow, their marketing is pretty good and they get the clients in using sheer lies!!! I took 5 pairs of expensive jeans to adjust length...after reading a recommendation for a well respected site. The Invisible Menders (or should I say Destroyers) did such an appalling job that I couldn't wear my jeans and had to take them to another dry cleaners to rescue them!! If they can't perform this simple task, I'm scared to think what else they've been up to!!! So upsetting - they should be shut down!

  • 5 Funny Story!

    This is my local invisible menders and despite them losing a sweater for 4 weeks that was dry cleaned by them and me having to harass them to find it, I still found myself going back there. Their tailoring is good but their customer service deserves the comedy awards. the lady who owns the place and sits there in the window day and night like an indomitable force called me "The worst person I've ever seen" yesterday and to get out of her shop depsite the fact that they have been holding my cardigan with a hole in it HOSTAGE for the last 4-6 weeks. Told it would be ready this day and then that day and then it repeatedly wasn't - I felt indignant at the price they charged me. Instead of a sorry I got abuse and I spent the whole day wondering what happened to "the customer is always right!". They still have my poor cardigan which I am kind of scared of rescuing now! Needless to say I will go that extra mile to the tailors further away - It's crazy times!
