I attempted to enter this establishment (accompanied by my guide dog), on 7 March but was refused service due to be having my guide dog with me. This is in clear contravention of the Disability Discrimination Act which stipulates that guide (and other assistance dogs) must be admitted to restaurants. My guide dog had on her harness (which clearly identifies her as a working guide dog), however despite this (and my showing the restaurant a letter, from RNIB which explains the DDA) they still, point blank refused to admit me. This restaurant has a disregard for the law and little (if any) understanding of customer service.
