  This company installed central heating for me. Their workers were polite and friendly and got on with the work. BUT - they rushed and cut corners, and left a total of 9 leaks. They fixed 8 of them easily enough but one radiator was faulty and needed replacing. After months of their lies and broken promises I gave up on them and had to do it myself. I would not employ them again, they are not reliable. If you use them, don't pay the final bill until fully satisfied.

• A happy customer!

  I made an enquiry via another web site, which contacted this company. They were very efficient in contacting me and provided a written specification within days. I went ahead with the installation of a new Worecester Bosch combination boiler and i have no regrets. It works splendid and the installation was very neat and efficient. Thanks!

• Nice work!

  I used the BMEC team to convert my old tank/cylinder system into the sealed combination type. Was pleased with the friendly, conscientious approach and the end result. Cheers!

  I had an old combi-boiler replaced at my house with a new Vaillant Eco-Tec 837. The work was done very well indeed. I was impressed with the standard and speed at which it was all carried out. I've already recommended these guys to some friends who need heating and plumbing work. Thanks again guys!!

• Couldn't fault them

  The BMEC team replaced my old back-boiler with a combi-boiler and overhauled my entire heating and hot water system a few months ago - going from reasonable quote to starting work in a matter of days. They were amazingly friendly, efficient and hard-working with a refreshing 'can-do' attitude - keeping me informed of what was happening and what was needed at every stage of the work. Couldn't ask for better guys and I'd recommend them to anyone. :o)

• Avoid at all costs

  Have failed to communicate regularly, left me without hot water and heating over an unexpected weekend, and all for a simple and "straight-forward" job - three days and I am still waiting for them to finish the job and reconnect my hot water. They have carried out unapproved work, and they have lied, blatantly. Awful awful awful
