Awful customer service

I have been to this shop recently which is based at 409 Green Lanes. Being tired, I mispronounced a word and was mocked at straight away. Nobody paid attention to me until I requested some help, there were different makes and I’m quite new to all of these different makes so I kindly asked to explain some features to me about different machines. The guy replied to me -”We are not school here” or “can’t you see what we have got, you seem to be new to this business and you know nothing about it.” Even if I don’t know anything, the shop assistant is there to help but not to make customer upset and angry. I just wanted to get what I would pay for. Wow, but I was completely repelled with such an arrogant attitude to customers. I was looking forward to get a machine from Chris Pantelli shop but that’s not the way you treat customers. Such a bad customer service. Have never been treated like this in my life. I don’t recommend this place at all.
