Cleanways

I tried this 'dry cleaners' because they were doing an offer of 3 suits for the price of 2 and stupidly avoided 'Andrews' dry cleaner a few doors down. At Cleanways I also had a pair of trouser legs shortened on a very expensive single-breasted Italian suit. When I picked up the suits they were poorly cleaned and one leg of my suit had been ironed without them removing the glue fully resulting in a serious bleeding of it on the trouser hem. When I went back to complain I was greeted with a barrage of denial and a serious of abuse from the owners 'brother' who at two points literally came out from behind the counter in a very threatening manner. The owner, Mr Hasan, appologised for his brothers behaviour and said he would rectify their mistake and try and get me another pait of trousers as a replacment and would contact me within 2 weeks. 3 weeks later I had heard nothing. I went into the shop and Mr Hasan said that the suit I had was over 10 years old (untrue) and he was unable to so
