A B Dyne Motors were very professional when I called upon their services to recover and repair my vehicle.The independant driver they used to recover the vehicle was on time and polite and dropped a courtesy car off to me at the same time. I was kept up to date with the progress of the repairs. I was a very satisfied customer, Thankyou.

This garage was hired by my car insurance company to pick up my car. I was told to wait in the outside car park until they came, and waited for 20 minutes. I called them and they said I would have to take this up with the driver who was independent (and not their responsibility). The driver eventually arrived after 50 minutes, and when I said it was unacceptable that he had been this long without calling me (I work 10 minutes away from the car park and could have left a long time later than I did) he threw his toys out of the pram and refused to take the car. The garage refuse to apologise.
