    SOS is a great place to dine and have a drink. Food has been excellent and good value for money. Good layout to the place, with a large dining area, with another bar upstairs. Can get busy though but the clientele are up to scratch.

    the lounge on the first floor is a good place to get drunk and have heated discussions on controversial topics. friendly staff. the pub on the ground floor gets very crowded in the evenings.

  • Smiths Of Smithfield Good choice of venues

    First floor is a large, open, pub that is nearly always busy and has a friendly crowd, second floor is a cozy little lounge--good date atmosphere or place for a chat, and the top floor is a very nice restaurant. The food and service are both good, and it has a great open atmosphere with high ceilings that give it a very airy feeling.

The business says...Runners up in the Evening Standard Pub of The Year Award 2001, Smiths Of Smithfield has four floors. On the first floor, they have a champagne reception area as well as a private function room. The second floor consists of a brasserie dining room serving a variety of modern English dishes and the third floor is a specialist restaurant serving a wide range of dishes. Downstairs in the basement area is a lively bar and cafe serving a variety of snacks.
