Paid for the best seats and got them!!!! woohoo. really happy, got block 101 and a lounge pass, and was really worth it! Excellent communication and received the tickets special delivery all safe and secure. Would recommend. The guy above (reading fest, should count his lucky stars) some companies dont even give money back - i found this company very receptive and affable.

As always tickets went really quick for this year 2008 v fest, bought on the website of ticket4you, received a confirmation order and then my tickets. all fine.

There were no official vendor tickets left for Reading Festival 2008, so I took my chances with Ticket4-You even though their asking price was well above the official vendors. I emailed them afterwards regarding how guaranteed the tickets were, they went as far to phoning me to say they were 'completely guaranteed'. A month or so before the event (a couple of weeks ago), I received an email (so did my friend who used them as well for multiple Reading tickets) saying that THEIR supplier could not provide tickets and that they would be issuing refunds. Well that is not good enough, I want my 'big thing to look forward to in 2008' back. I had to get my train tickets part-refunded too, so that cost me. What could this business do better? How about provide some tickets.
