Careful! Helpless and arrogant shop staff!

I must say one of staff (male) in the shop was so helpless, arrogant and rude to me... It maybe ok for tourist but If you are not, stay away from this shop.

Very rude staff

They probably have good things but the customer service was awfull. The staff was very rude and unhelpfull. I won't consider to by anything at there anymore.

Love it!

Nice people, great clothes and good prices. That's my memories from buying at Highland Store. Love the shop - when visiting London will visit them again.

Careful!

If renting an outfit from here, make sure you check they've given you the right sizes when you pick it up. I got a jacket 10 sizes larger than the one I'd ordered, didn't find out until too late.

Wretched store

Money back guarantee my foot! This store gave me the worst customer service I've ever experienced. The personel I dealt with were slow, inefficient, rude, taciturn, and completely unreasonable. I will never shop here again.
